'Level 2 Equivalent Award – Food Safety in Catering'
The course follows a syllabus detailed by the Chartered Institute Of Environmental Health and is tutored by an experienced Environmental Health Officer, a current food inspector who works on the front line on the “Life of Grime”. The course delivers the essential food hygiene syllabus - with a few examples of good and very bad food hygiene!

These courses are certificated and can be used to evidence training in food hygiene and safety at a recognised standard throughout the food industry.
